Techspert Data Services Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for the program, you must be an existing client of Techspert Data Services.

2. The referral must be for a business in the construction, manufacturing, or
engineering industries with more than 10 employees and located in Northeast
Ohio.

Referral Rewards:

3. For each successful referral, you will receive a reward based on the following
criteria:
• 1 Business Owner’s Name = $100 Amazon Gift Card
• 2 Business Owner’s Names = $250 Amazon Gift Card
• Your Successful Referral Becomes a Client = Receive a Brand-New iPad

4. Rewards will be issued after the referred business has signed a contract and
initiated services with Techspert Data Services.

5. Must be a warm introduction. This means a sit-down, one hour, in-person
appointment with the business owner you refer.

Referral Process:

5. To make a referral, you must submit the business owner’s name and contact
information to Techspert Data Services via our official referral form.

6. Techspert Data Services will reach out to the referred business based on the
information provided.

Privacy and Consent:

7. By participating in the program, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referred business owner to share their contact information with Techspert Data Services.
8. All personal and contact information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Program Duration:

9. The Techspert Data Services Referral Program is an ongoing initiative and is
subject to change or termination at our discretion.

Limitations:

10. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

General Terms:

11. The rewards under this program cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
alternatives.

12. Techspert Data Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at
any time, without notice.

13. Any disputes or questions about the program can be directed to our customer
support team.
