Techspert Data Services Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

•  The referral program is open to current clients of Techspert Data Services, including business owners and employees of current clients.

•  Referrals must be new clients to Techspert Data Services and not previously engaged with us in any form. 

Qualified Referrals:

• A qualified referral is defined as a business owner or CEO of a company located in Northeast Ohio with at least 10 employees. 

• The referred business must be within our target industries (manufacturing, construction, engineering) or another qualifying industry as determined by Techspert Data Services. 

Referral Rewards:

• For each successful referral, you will receive a reward based on the following
criteria:

            • 1 Business Owner’s Name = $100 Amazon Gift Card
            • 2 Business Owner’s Names = $250 Amazon Gift Card

• For Business Owners: Up to $2000 credit towards one month of the current agreement with Techspert Data Services if the referral becomes a client. 

• For Employees of Current Clients: A brand-new iPad (latest generation) if the referral becomes a client. 

Rewards will be issued after the referred business has signed a contract and
initiated services with Techspert Data Services.

Must be a warm introduction. This means a sit-down, one hour, in-person
appointment with the business owner you refer.

Referral Process:

• Referrals can be submitted by phone, email, or through the designated referral page on our website. 

• To qualify for rewards, the referral must result in a new signed agreement with Techspert Data Services. 

Redemption of Rewards:

•    All rewards are contingent upon the referred business signing a minimum 12-month agreement with Techspert Data Services.

•   The referrer must be in good standing with their own Techspert contract (i.e., not in default or arrears) to receive rewards.

• Amazon gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the referrer. 

• The $2000 credit will be applied to the next month’s billing cycle after the referred client has signed the agreement and completed the onboarding process. 

• The iPad will be ordered and shipped to the referrer’s provided address within 30 days of the referred client signing a contract and completing the onboarding

Privacy and Consent:

• The information provided for referrals will only be used by Techspert Data Services for the purpose of contacting the referred business. 

• Techspert Data Services respects the privacy of all participants and will not share personal information with third parties without consent. 

Program Duration:

•   Techspert Data Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. 

•   Any changes to the program will be communicated to participants via email or our website. 

Limitations:

•   There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Disqualification & Agreement:

•   Referrers will be disqualified from the program if they are found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or violating any terms and conditions of the program. 

•   By participating in this referral program, referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by Techspert Data Services regarding the program are final.
